Shipping policy
1. Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.
2. Methods of shipping and delivery time
International (at the moment we are only shipping to US, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore):
Tracked shipping: 2-11 days £9
EU:
Tracked shipping: 2-7 days £8
UK:
Standard shipping: 2-4 days £2
3. International Orders (including the European Union)
As of 1st of July 2026:
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and/or carrier handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

4. Shipping restrictions
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Currently we only ship to UK, EU, and Internationally: US, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore.
5. Tracking orders
All orders are tracked. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.
6. Damaged or lost items
If you receive a damaged item and can provide proof or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quick as possible, which may include providing a refund or replacement.
